    1. How and under whose authority does the procedure of admission takes place?
    Ans: The Competent Authority duly appointed by the Government of Maharashtra and headed by the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, shall be the authority for Centralized Admission Process (CAP).


    2. How many seats are available for OMS (Out of Maharashtra State) candidates? 
    Ans: All OMS candidates will be considered as general category candidates and will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
    *The Head/Principal of concerned unaided institute shall effect these admissions. 


    3. What is the eligibility criterion for a candidate seeking admission to First Year Diploma Courses in Engineering /Technology? 
    Ans: For admission to first year of Diploma Courses , the candidates must have passed Maharashtra State Board of Secondary School Certificate Examination or any other equivalent Examination With minimum 35% marks (in best five subjects which includes English, Science, and Mathematics subject) in aggregate. 


    4. What is the eligibility criterion for a candidate seeking admission to Direct Second Year (third Semester) Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology?
    Ans : For admission to direct second year diploma course the candidates must have passed H.S.C/12th standard OR students have passed ITI/MCVC/NCTVT with technical subjects 


    5. What is the fee structure for admission?
    Ans: Fee structure is decided by Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Govt. of Maharashtra.


    6. What is the mode of payment of fees?
    Ans: Demand Draft


    7.Which amenities are provided in the campus?
    Ans: Spacious class rooms , well equipped laboratories,canteen facility, Hostel facility,Bus facility., Library & reading room, Computer Center, Photo copy centre, gymkhana, and play ground.


    8.What transportation facilities are avilable to reach to the Institute?
    Ans: The NMC and MSRTC buses are frequently arrive at the institute from all the areas of Nashik City. Also we provide transprtation facility for the students at subsidized fare. The fare is yearly and based on pickup point.


    9.Whether Hostel facility is available ?
    Ans: Yes, We have seperate hostel for girls & Boys with sufficient capacity.


    10. What is the admission procedure for First year/Second year Polytechnic? 
    Ans: FY Admission.
    a) Centralized admission process (CAP), -- as per DTE.
    b) Institute Level admission : As per merit list of S.S.C. Percentage of applied candidates.

    11. Duration of Course offered?
    Ans: 03 Years (six semester ) full time.


    12: Is document verification essential for open category (or general) candidate?
    Ans : No only reserved category candidate will have to go through document verification during CAP round at ARC (Application Receiving Centers).


    13: Which documents are necessary for verification?
    Ans : 1. Certificate for caste (SC/ST/OBC).
            2. Recent Income Certificate. 
            3. Domicile Certificate.
            4. Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
            5. Physical disabilities certificate.


    14: Do we need to submit the original document during admission ?
    Ans: Yes, original documents will be submitted & returned to the candidate after passing diploma.


    15: Whether there is any dress code in the College ?
    Ans: YES, there is dress code.


    16: Commencement of Classes?
    Ans: As per academic calendar by MSBTE.


    17: Rules for attendance?
    Ans : Students are required to attend 75 % of theory and practical classes separately.


    18: Is there any internet facility for students?
    Ans: There is separate centralized computer centre which is well furnished with internet facilty for students.


    19: Explain in detail about the faculties?
    Ans: Each one of our faculty member is highly experience & highly qualified. Our faculty monitor students with continuous assessment. Also they pay special attention on week students & help them to understand each topic thoroughly.
